Meet SHANNON
Shannon got started in real estate in 2008, during the darkest days of the housing crisis. This experience laid a strong foundation for her real estate career and instilled in her the firm belief people are the most important part of the real estate transaction.
To Shannon, real estate is not about sales, it’s about connections.
She strives to create strong, lasting relationships with her personal and professional network and other real estate agents and industry pros so that she can serve her clients no matter where life takes them or how their real estate needs change.
At her core, Shannon is a coach, community builder, and connector and she puts those skills to work on behalf of her clients. When you work with Shannon, you unlock a trove of resources, knowledge, and skills. Shannon graduated from Grinnell College and returned to Chicago to start her 15+ year career in Chicago real estate (after a short stint in the corporate world!).
She grew up in the near northern suburb of Morton Grove and attended Maine East High School in Park Ridge, where she played in the band and swam competitively all four years of high school. Go Blue Demons! She went to Grinnell College where she studied history while also swimming, dancing, and studying abroad in India.
When not assisting home buyers and sellers in Chicagoland, Shannon coaches the Lemont Big Fins, which is a Masters swim team. She is also a triathlete and has been training and competing in various triathlons and Ironman races for the past few years. Shannon is also a member of the Grinnell Alumni Social Planning Committee in Chicago and has hosted various volunteer and social events as well as hosted virtual alumni trivia night for local and national competitions.
You can also find her putting her negotiation skills to work with her son to get him to eat his vegetables!
